New Mexico Highlands University at the Santa Fe Higher Education Center
Highlands in partnership with SFCC offers upper division (300- and 400-level) courses and graduate courses in education and business. The courses lead to a BA degree, provide state education licensure, provide an MA degree, or offer professional development. Students that enter Highlands with an AA or AS degree, including the common core, will be able to begin work on their program requirements immediately. Students with an AAS will be evaluated on a course-by-course basis.
Courses are held on-site at SFCC and are taught by Highlands faculty. Classes meet once a week in the evenings or weekends to accommodate working students. Dual enrollment allows qualified students to pursue an AA or AS degree at the community college while taking courses at Highlands.
